Alternatively consider to disable the SoundSwitch mode. 2. Some audio cables coming from the KVM switch are not connected (or not properly connected) to the computers. Either connect the cables properly or disconnect them completely. What to do? A: Please, enter the following keystroke sequence: Vol+; Vol+; Prev (Mode button turn left); Vol+. Then click on the Mode button to confirm entering the password. If you don't need the password feature, go to the Password submenu under Sys-Set menu. When you are asked to enter the new password, two times press the Mode button.
