This software utility will quickly and easily help you to:
- detect and recognize the Gembird® devices;
- find in Gembird® knowledge base and download from the website the latest
most suitable drivers and/or other software
- contact Gembird® support team.
Before you send the troubleshooting report to Gembird support
team it is recommended to download the Gembird® Hardware Explorer from the links
below and try to solve the problem with its help:
The software will guide you in a "Wizard" style through
step-by-step procedure:
- The software can be launched immediately after download or can be installed
on the hard disk for the future use:

- Temporarily disconnect those Gembird® devices which you need to identify
from your computer and perform the initial search:

- Re-connect the target Gembird® device to the computer and perform the
secondary search and identification of the found devices. If you have a
Gembird® device which has to be installed inside the computer case, it can
also be recognized, using the option shown below:

- The software has detected connected devices:
- The software has a built-in knowledge base of Gembird® devices, but can
also connect to the latest version of the knowledge base published on the
Gembird® website:
- The software/drivers for the recognized products can be immediately downloaded
from the Gembird® website :
